"Austere Challenge 2012" Postponed to a Later Date

Israeli Radio reports that Israel has tentatively postponed the joint US-Israeli military drill code-named "Austere Challenge 2012." Among the reasons given is a shortage of Israeli funds for the drill, although another reason given is to avoid ratcheting up tensions in the Middle East that might spark a military clash with Iran and or Syria. The drill will be delayed by 3 months.

Debka.com Reports Deeper Reasons

Major Rift Develops in US-Israeli Relations!

CAUTION:  This "rift" may well be a "psy-op" effort to get Iran to lower its guard so that a surprise strike can indeed become a surprise to Iran. Debka says that Washington called off the drill in response to remarks by Israel's Deputy Prime Minister doubting Obama's strategic planning for sanctions.

Debka also is at odds with Israeli mainstream media reports concerning the new time frame for the drill. Israeli radio reports a delay of 3 months while Debka reports it will delayed until the final quarter of 2012, or sometime in October or November.

It may also be that the White House has learned that Israel is planning to launch a military strike in the coming days and thus by cancelling the drill and opening up a public rift, the White House is disassociating itself from any Israeli military action. Perhaps the hope is that Iran will not retaliate against American assets in the region should Israel strike Iran.

IF indeed, Obama is using this as an excuse to backstab Israel, then this could well be a key reason for Babylon-America's Divine Judgment.
